Membership Types

If you wish to become a member of the Victorian Formula 500 Association and/or pay for car registration, please complete the online registration by selecting your membership type above.

  1. Every person licensed to participate in or officiate at any competition, shall be a financial member of the Association, or an accredited honorary member or a member of an authoritative body recognised by the Association, or a member of an Associated or Affiliated Club.
  2. All drivers, officials and car owners must own a copy of the current Formula 500 Australia Inc. Supplementary Racing Regulations and shall be required to have it in their possession at each race meeting. eg. Drivers must have their own copy if they do not own the car they are driving.
  1. A driver may only hold the license issued by a Formula 500’s Australia Inc. State/Territory Association in which he/she is principally a resident (with the exception of the ACT).
  1. All Formula 500 meetings must be approved by the State Formula 500 Association. “No F500 Race Meeting can be run without the authorisation of the State Formula 500 Association”.

The Victorian Formula 500 Association Inc. is the governing body for Formula 500/600 Micro sprint racing in Victoria, Australia. Dedicated to promoting, developing, and supporting the exciting open-wheel speedway class, the association oversees events, membership, and the ongoing growth of the sport. With a strong community of drivers, teams, and volunteers, VF500A plays a vital role in nurturing both senior and junior competition across regional and metropolitan tracks throughout the state.
